Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Your wallet address and the Seeker Genesis Token it holds, to confirm you own a Solana Seeker. One Seeker = one account.
- Your profile: name, date of birth (to confirm you are 18+; others only see your age), gender, who you want to see, what you're looking for, city and country (typed by you; we never use GPS), bio, interests and photos.
- Your activity: likes, passes, super likes, matches, chat messages, blocks and reports.
- Payments: super likes are paid on the Solana blockchain from your wallet. Transactions on the blockchain are public and permanent; we keep a record of the amount, the two accounts and the transaction signature.
How we use it
- To show your profile to other SolDate users and show you theirs, create matches and deliver messages.
- To keep SolDate safe: every photo is checked automatically (Cloudflare Workers AI) for nudity or violence before anyone sees it; reports are reviewed by us.
- We don't sell your data, show ads, or share it with anyone except the service providers that run SolDate (Cloudflare for hosting, database and photo storage; Helius for reading the Solana blockchain).
Who can see what
Other SolDate users see your name, age, gender, what you're looking for, city, country, bio, interests and approved photos. Your wallet address, date of birth and reports are never shown to other users. Only your matches can message you.
Deleting your data
In the app: Me → Delete account. Your profile, photos, likes, matches and chats are deleted immediately. We keep payment records of super likes (they are on the public blockchain anyway) and reports about you, and a banned Seeker stays banned.
Age
SolDate is only for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; accounts reported as under 18 are hidden at once and reviewed.
Security
Data is stored with Cloudflare and sent over HTTPS. Sign-in uses a message you sign with your wallet; we never see your keys and we never ask for a password.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
